Welcome new recruits! Are you ready to follow in the footsteps of Buzz Lightyear and Wonder Woman? Spiderman?
Join us for a class full of obstacle courses and games focused on balance, ability, and strength that helps kids practice their
superpowers so they can help save the world!
Each class engages your child’s superhero skills through fitness and fun activities.
Children should plan to be very active and bring a filled water bottle.

Jack has always loved fitness. Growing up, his family went swimming almost every day each summer. At 11 years old, he started competitively swimming and diving. He has taught swim lessons and coached diving for the last 7 years. Jack works with individuals of all ages. He specializes in bringing the fun to fitness so that everyone enjoys their time in the gym. After graduating from Hudson Valley with a degree in Physical Education, he went on to pursue his NASM personal training certification. Jack enjoys the challenge of bringing land and water together for his students.

Please note: Pre-registration and payment are required 48 hours in advance
of your chosen date(s) in order to reserve your child’s spot and ensure proper staffing and supplies.
Registrations that take place less than 48 hours in advance
are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 7 or more days before session start date will be refunded via payment method used.
Cancellations less than 7 days before start date through 7 days after session start date will be refunded as in-club credit or credit toward next full session or private lessons.
Cancellations beyond 7 days after session start will not be refunded.
