Join us for our second annual Indoor Triathlon! Combining the traditional land and aquatic aspects of a triathlon, we’ve moved your efforts indoors!
Swim: Athletes will swim as many laps as possible in our indoor pool. 15 minutes
Bike: Using a stationary bike, athletes will cycle as hard as they can to create as much distance as possible. 30 minutes
Run: Using a self-powered treadmill, athletes will run as fast as they safely can. 20 minutes
