This weekly program will promote active lifestyles for children. increase strength, flexibility, balance, agility, coordination, mobility and weight management. The class will consist of games and workouts that include elements of cross training with functional movements such as running, squatting, hopping, jumping etc., circuit training, weight training , kickboxing and yoga.
Children will receive a performance growth chart and healthy eating chart to help them track their progress.
Max of 12 kids – Minimum 6 kids • Ages: 8 – 12
