Kitten Yoga to benefit AnimaLovers

Join us Saturday, July 29 at 10 am. for a very special yoga event at VENT Latham! This hour-long class features a calming, strengthening, mobilizing yoga class, populated by some furry, adorable, and adoptable kittens! In partnership with our friends at AnimaLovers, this event is being held to help raise funds and awareness for their mission to aid animals in need of homes here in the Capital District. A $15 donation is requested but not required.

Please note: all registrations must be completed through the event listing at Eventbrite. Space is limited so be sure to register early!

A yoga mat is recommended. We recommend arriving 15 minutes+ before class time to ensure ample time to find parking, access the locker rooms and set up your space in the studio.
