This program is designed to help you restore flexibility in the tissue, mobility in the joints, build core strength and stability, and includes practical nutritional guidance to get you back on track. You can’t out-train a bad diet and short range strength movements will only set you back further and prevent you from getting the most out of workouts. If you want to move better, feel better, and improve your diet, this is the program for you!
A unique blend of strength and mobility exercises utilizing TRX Straps, RIP Trainers, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Resistance Bands, Foam Roller, and Trigger Point Balls, coupled with nutritional coaching to help you reduce inflammation and get you moving and feeling better!
