Whether you are a fitness beginner or a fitness fanatic, VENT Fitness has a group class for you! Check out our class schedule below!
We’ve adapted some new and important requirements in accordance with state mandates, so before you laced up your favorite shoes and head in, please take a moment to review the new protocol.
VENT Fitness is excited to bring back Outdoor Classes beginning April 1, 2021! These effective workouts feature your favorite formats, set outdoors for a refreshing take on your daily grind!
For Outdoor Classes ONLY:
*Please note: Be sure to select “Outdoor Classes” under Class Types. We advise arriving 10 – 15 minutes before class time in order to set up your space and disinfect any equipment. In the event of inclement weather, class will be cancelled. Be sure to hydrate during and after class!
VENT Fitness offers virtual classes that you can view from any mobile device or desktop! So find some floor space — from your living room, your garage, your backyard… your options are endless! Just click your class, and get ready to get sweaty! Options include strength training, cardio, sports conditioning, yoga, and more!
Please note: Be sure to select “Virtual Classes” under Class Types. We advise setting up your space and device five to 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Be sure you grab a water bottle to keep hydrated!

GROUP WORKOUT PROTOCOL
(Yes, really). There are a variety of exercise-appropriate and COVID-compliant masks available, but whatever you choose, please ensure it is cloth-based or disposable, and appropriate for exercise. Please note: Gaiters and bandanas are not acceptable. Check out our handy comparison chart here >

Members must pre-register for class via the app or online.
This is to ensure we can accurately track capacity in keeping with state mandates.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS EASY
1) Sign in to your account
2) Select your preferred workout day and time
3) Select your spot in class
4) Grab your gear and head out the door!
Our group fitness studios have been set up to maximize your workout while also allowing for six feet of social distance for each participant. Remember your class registration number (the spot you selected while registering). The number you chose will correspond with your place in-studio at class time.
