VENT Fitness is excited to resume in-person classes beginning August 31, 2020

Whether you are a fitness beginner or a fitness fanatic, VENT Fitness has a group class for you! Check out our class schedule below!

In-Person Programming

We’ve adapted some new and important requirements in accordance with state mandates, so before you laced up your favorite shoes and head in, please take a moment to review the new protocol.

Virtual Programming

VENT Fitness offers virtual classes that you can view from any mobile device or desktop! So find some floor space — from your living room, your garage, your backyard… your options are endless! Just click your class, and get ready to get sweaty! Options include strength training, cardio, sports conditioning, yoga, and more!

Please note: Be sure to select “Virtual Classes” under Class Types. We advise setting up your space and device five to 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Be sure you grab a water bottle to keep hydrated!

E3 Training Studio


Exercise Type: HIIT
Three components, one ultimate workout! Self-powered treadmills, strength training, and MMA-inspired punch + kick combos set in intervals and guided by your heart rate. Available in 30 and 50 minute formats


Exercise Type: HIIT strength + run
Maximize your fat burn with this strength + stride workout combining strategic intervals of weight work with short bursts on our self-powered treadmills


Exercise Type: MMA
A high intensity 60-minute MMA-inspired workout. Combines the best of striking combinations with strength and core exercises for a fast-paced, power-driven workout!

Level 2 Programming

Aqua Challenge

This is a total body workout harnessing the resistance of water. *Guilderland and Latham locations only.


Sports Conditioning Cardio
High energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts and gets you fit for the sport of life.

Aqua Therapy

Low Impact/ROM
This water-borne class includes continual movement patterns that promote strength, endurance, and flexibility to improve range of motion. Modifications ensure programming is adaptable for all fitness levels. *Guilderland and Latham locations only


Martial Arts Cardio
High energy, mixed martial arts – inspired, non-contact workout. Kick, punch and strike your way to fitness.


Classic Dance
A modern version of classic balletic training designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday.


Strength Fusion
A combination of yoga, tai chi, and Pilates to build strength and flexibility.


Barbell Strength
Full body, barbell workout, Bodypump is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.


Step Cardio
Full body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. Burn calories and leave buzzing with satisfaction.

Butts N Gutts

As the name implies, this workout puts the focus where it counts -- on the core and glutes and everything in between.


Simple and effective body weight, barbell and dumb bell strength exercises mean 60 minutes packed with total body results!


Cycling Cardio
This high energy indoor cycling class lets you control the intensity. Hill climbs, sprints, and flats create a fun, low impact ride ideal for beginners and cycling enthusiasts alike.


Strength + Cardio
Combining body weight and strength exercises with short bursts of cardio, this class packs your results into quick 30-minute sessions!


Stretch & Relaxation
Awaken and energize your body through a series of stretches and mindful movement. It is designed for all ages and fitness levels. Participants are encouraged to experience the class at their own pace.


Cycling HIIT
This 30-minute indoor cycling class turns up the results with short, intense, high intensity intervals.


30 minutes of high intensity challenges based on explosive full body exercises and limited rest. Maximum calorie burn with up to 20 people.


Cycling Cardio
Our instructors coach you through color-coded moderate to high intensity cycling for up to 60 minutes, accompanied by great music and an immersive virtual ride experience.

Total Body Circuit

HIIT Strength + Cardio
Challenge your core, strength and power as well as cardiovascular conditioning by super-setting multiple functional exercises in a fast-paced, 60 minute group workout.


Dance Cardio
Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all of the elements of fitness with a serious dose of awesome!



(Yes, really). There are a variety of exercise-appropriate and COVID-compliant masks available, but whatever you choose, please ensure it is cloth-based or disposable, and appropriate for exercise. Please note: Gaiters and bandanas are not acceptable. Check out our handy comparison chart here >

Members must pre-register for class via the app or online.
This is to ensure we can accurately track capacity in keeping with state mandates. 

1) Sign in to your account
2) Select your preferred workout day and time
3) Select your spot in class
4) Grab your gear and head out the door!


Our group fitness studios have been set up to maximize your workout while also allowing for six feet of social distance for each participant. Remember your class registration number (the spot you selected while registering). The number you chose will correspond with your place in-studio at class time.

Due to increased safety measures, please bring your own*:
Towel • Mat • Water Bottle
