Mobility + Strength at VENT Clifton Park

Tired of feeling stiff? Achy? Sick of the general pain and soreness?
We will build strength and stability through a range of motion to help you feel better in and out of the gym.

This 6-week Mobility + Strength Program at VENT Fitness Clifton Park will use foam rollers, kettlebells, and strategic bodyweight exercises to improve your overall movement, reduce pain, and allow you more freedom to get out and enjoy your favorite things.
