VENT Fitness offers a variety of single- and multi-session boing and MMA-themed programs developed for multiple levels of experience. Whether you’re new to the sweet science, or competing in your weight class, VENT Fitness has a boxing program for you!
Boot Camp Boxing at VENT Niskayuna offers a challenging but empowering mix of cardio boxing, group weight training and one-on-one personal training style. Classes are limited to 20 participants in order to ensure your coach can engage with you. Expect to use focus mitts, punching bags, barbell weights and other accessories.

Fight Club at VENT Latham will teach you using essential skills and drills to improve your boxing form and cardiovascular conditioning. This program will use our strike stations, focus mitts, and more.
Wednesdays • 4:45 p.m. | Saturdays • 11:15 a.m.
