IRON RIDE

Experience the cardiovascular benefits of RIDE indoor cycling with strength conditioning in this 8-week program! Join Jerry Cunningham at VENT Guilderland Saturdays beginning November 13! Sessions are 80 minutes. Registration opens October 30, 2021.
$150 per person.

8 weeks of intense good times! Ryan Molfetta’s 60-minute sessions will boost your mood and bring the results! VENT Latham STUDIO
