Golf Conditioning

Improve your swing, and your distance with this six-week conditioning program. $20 per person per session.

UPRISING

Rediscover your own strength with this 8-week cardio, functional and strength conditioning program! Join the HBIC herself, Arleen Larkin at VENT Clifton Park for 16 sessions of motivation, inspiration, accountability, and RESULTS! Registration opens March 31, 2021.
$128 per member, $160 non-member.
